Knock Knees
Genu valgum, commonly called "knock-knee", is a condition in which the knees angle in and touch each other when the legs are straightened. Individuals with severe valgus deformities are typically unable to touch their feet together while simultaneously straightening the legs.
By puberty, the legs straighten out and most children can stand with the knees and ankles touching (without forcing the position). Knock knees can also develop as a result of a medical problem or disease, such as: Injury of the shinbone (only one leg will be knock-kneed) Osteomyelitis (bone infection) etc.
Footpro Insoles offers sufficient support to the arches , offers lateral and medial support to correct the posture and eventually supports the legs to make it straight and correct the deformity. If the correction insoles are regularly used by children with knock knees , there is a possibility of correction of the problem . This requires frequent visits (Once in six months) to our store to assess the degree of improvement and to make necessary corrections.
